Orangewood Partners has acquired Pacific Bells, one of the largest Taco Bell franchisees in the U.S., from Partners Group. Pacific Bells’ founder and CEO Tom Cook and the management team will retain a significant minority stake and continue to operate the business as Orangewood supports further expansion across existing and new markets.

Osmose Utilities Services Acquires Principal Assets of McLean Engineering Company

Osmose Utilities Services, a portfolio company of EQT Infrastructure, acquired the principal assets of McLean Engineering Company to add T&D electrical engineering and pole-attachment/joint-use consulting capabilities. The deal expands Osmose's end-to-end joint-use and pole-attachment services for electric utilities and telecommunications providers; McLean's CEO Sean Knowles and COO Todd Taylor will continue to lead the business unit within Osmose.

OrePac Building Products Acquires Western Timber Products

OrePac Building Products, a family-owned wholesale supplier based in Wilsonville, Oregon, has agreed to acquire Western Timber Products, a specialty softwood lumber and custom millwork manufacturer headquartered in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The deal, announced Feb. 26, 2024, is expected to close around early April 2024 and will keep Western Timber's owner Dan Seid involved to assist in the transition.

OCo Capital Management Acquires CMS Utility Services

The deal, arranged by Small Business Deal Advisors, enables founder Glenn Wilson to transition to retirement while OCo plans post-close value creation and continued growth of the business.

FleetPride Acquires Zender's Truck & Equipment, Parts & Service

FleetPride, Inc. has acquired the assets of Zender's Truck & Equipment, Parts & Service, Inc., a heavy-duty truck parts and service provider based in Bellingham, Washington. The deal expands FleetPride's national footprint — marking its first service location on the West Coast — and gives local customers access to FleetPride's supply chain, e-commerce and career development resources.

Reichmann Segal Acquires OES Inc.

Reichmann Segal Capital Partners has acquired OES Inc. from Ardenton Capital Corporation in a move to expand its sports infrastructure platform and invest in electronic manufacturing services (EMS) and custom technologies. The deal will integrate OES' LED video scoreboards, EMS capabilities and scoring/timing software with Reichmann Segal's existing portfolio company Athletica, with OES CEO Jeff Stewart remaining in place; terms were not disclosed.
