Reclamation Technologies USA Acquires DFW Refrigerant Services

Reclamation Technologies USA, LLC (RTI), a joint venture formed by Heritage Environmental Services and Fielding Environmental, has purchased DFW Refrigerant Services, LLC to expand its refrigerant reclamation footprint in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The acquisition adds local EPA-certified refrigerant recovery, reclamation, cylinder exchange and sustainability programs to RTI's national service offering.

Reclamation Technologies USA, LLC (RTI), a joint venture of Heritage Environmental Services and Fielding Environmental, has acquired NoVent Refrigerant Services, Inc., an EPA-certified refrigerant service provider based in Tampa, Florida. The acquisition expands RTI's refrigerant recovery and reclamation footprint in the Southeast, particularly in the Florida market, and brings NoVent's local customer relationships and service capabilities into RTI's national platform.

J.F. Lehman & Company Acquires Tradewater and Reclamation Technologies USA to Establish Environmental Services Platform

An investment affiliate of J.F. Lehman & Company (JFLCO) has acquired majority stakes in Reclamation Technologies USA (RTI) and Tradewater LLC & Affiliates to form a new growth-oriented environmental services platform focused on lifecycle management of industrial and refrigerant gases and methane mitigation. The combined business will offer closed-loop services including collection, reclamation, destruction and gas sales, and will pursue organic and acquisitive growth under a management team led by Jeff Laborsky and Katelyn Imrie.

Hudson Technologies Acquires USA Refrigerants

Hudson Technologies acquired USA United Suppliers of America Inc. (d/b/a USA Refrigerants) for $20.7 million, with up to $2.0 million in additional earnout consideration. USA Refrigerants is a national refrigerant distributor and longtime purchaser of recovered refrigerants; Hudson said the purchase will create a dedicated refrigerant acquisition group to expand its acquisition, reclamation and sales capabilities.

Resolute Industrial Acquires All American Portable Air

Resolute Industrial Holdings (through its Mobile Air & Power Rentals division) acquired All American Portable Air, a two-location provider of temporary cooling and climate-control rental solutions serving the Southeast. The acquisition expands Resolute's geographic presence into the Nashville market; terms were not disclosed and founder Roscoe Nesmith and employees will remain with the business.
