MediaRadar Acquires Vivvix (Kantar's North American Advertising Intelligence Unit)

MediaRadar, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners and Endicott Capital, acquired Vivvix, Kantar Group’s North American advertising intelligence unit. The deal combines complementary advertising and media intelligence data and capabilities to broaden channel coverage (local TV, radio, search, out-of-home) and extend MediaRadar’s reach into new markets including Canada.
