Rollins, Inc. (NYSE: ROL) has acquired FPC Holdings, LLC (Fox Pest Control) for $350 million, including $32 million of contingent payments. Fox Pest Control, headquartered in Logan, Utah, employs more than 1,300 people, generated over $120 million in revenue in 2022, and provides residential pest control services across 13 states — the acquisition will accelerate Rollins/HomeTeam's geographic expansion and add scale in new markets.
