Procurement Sciences has acquired Rogue AI (branded as UseRogue), an AI-native proposal and workflow automation company for government contractors, to integrate advanced proposal drafting and workflow automation into its end-to-end AI growth platform. The deal brings Rogue AI founder John Shahawy into Procurement Sciences as Head of Product Strategy and is intended to accelerate the company's capability expansion across opportunity discovery, capture, proposal development, compliance automation, and delivery intelligence.
