BARD Materials has acquired Horsfield Companies, a vertically integrated provider of ready-mix concrete, aggregates and concrete construction services across the Upper Midwest. TKO Miller advised Horsfield on the sale; the acquisition expands BARD's regional footprint and capabilities in ready-mix and aggregate supply across northeastern Iowa, southwestern Wisconsin and northwestern Illinois.

(BardyDx) for $375 million in cash plus potential milestone payments, expanding Hillrom's digital health and ambulatory cardiac monitoring capabilities. The deal brings Hillrom a wearable ECG platform (the CAM patch), approximately $30 million in annualized revenue, and about 230 employees; Hillrom expects the acquisition to be dilutive in year one and accretive thereafter.
