Japan-based EBARA Corporation acquired 100% equity of Hayward Gordon L.P., integrating Hayward Gordon's heavy-duty process pumps and mixers (including the Hayward Gordon, Sharpe Mixers, and Scott Mixers brands) into EBARA's global operations. The acquisition expands EBARA's product portfolio and North American manufacturing and sales footprint to better serve water/wastewater, industrial process, and sanitary markets.
