Machinery Services Co. and Rapid Pump & Meter Service Co. (a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company) acquired Delta-Electro Power, Inc., a Cranston, Rhode Island-based provider of motor, pump, controls and electrical contracting services. The transaction is an add-on for Rapid Pump that expands its geographic footprint into Rhode Island and Massachusetts and broadens its service capabilities; Delta's management will remain involved and LBC Credit Partners provided financing.

Hidden Harbor-backed Rapid Pump Acquires AC Furia Electric Motor, Inc.

Rapid Pump & Meter Service Co., a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (together with Machinery Services Co.), acquired AC Furia Electric Motor, Inc., a White Plains, New York-based provider of electrical repair, maintenance and distribution services for motors and pumps. The deal expands Rapid Pump's service capabilities and northeast footprint; AC Furia's president, Marc Salvati, will join Rapid Pump as Vice President of Business Development and the AC Furia management team will remain in place.

The add-on expands TRG’s service capabilities and geographic reach into the Northern New Jersey/New York metropolitan market while Pumping Solutions’ management will continue to run day-to-day operations.

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners Acquires Island Pump and Tank Corp.

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners has acquired Island Pump and Tank Corp., a long-standing provider of fuel retail maintenance, underground storage tank (UST) services, environmental remediation and construction services, in a new platform buyout that also included Advanced Waste Water Treatment Corp. Hidden Harbor will partner with Island Pump's existing management (the DiAndrea brothers) to pursue service expansion and regional market penetration across the Northeastern United States.

The deal expands Island Pump's footprint in Upstate New York (Syracuse and Rochester) and adds a new location in Glen Burnie, Maryland; financing was provided by Capital Southwest Corporation and Main Street Capital Corporation.
