The deal expands Island Pump's footprint in Upstate New York (Syracuse and Rochester) and adds a new location in Glen Burnie, Maryland; financing was provided by Capital Southwest Corporation and Main Street Capital Corporation.

The add-on expands Island Pump’s geographic footprint into Florida and enhances service coverage for its existing customers; Capital Southwest Corporation provided financing for the transaction.

(MSC&RPM), a Paterson, New Jersey provider of pump, motor and water/wastewater infrastructure services. The acquisition closed July 21, 2022; Hidden Harbor will partner with management to pursue growth and expand MSC&RPM's footprint in municipal, industrial and transportation end markets.
