Island Pump and Tank, a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, has acquired S&W Services, Inc., a Syracuse-based provider of distribution, service, and inspection for petroleum, commercial and critical infrastructure customers. The deal expands Island Pump's footprint in Upstate New York (Syracuse and Rochester) and adds a new location in Glen Burnie, Maryland; financing was provided by Capital Southwest Corporation and Main Street Capital Corporation.

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners has acquired Island Pump and Tank Corp., a long-standing provider of fuel retail maintenance, underground storage tank (UST) services, environmental remediation and construction services, in a new platform buyout that also included Advanced Waste Water Treatment Corp. Hidden Harbor will partner with Island Pump's existing management (the DiAndrea brothers) to pursue service expansion and regional market penetration across the Northeastern United States.

(PEC), a Lockhart, Florida–based provider of maintenance, testing, repair and installation services for petroleum storage, fueling systems and point-of-sale equipment. The add-on expands Island Pump’s geographic footprint into Florida and enhances service coverage for its existing customers; Capital Southwest Corporation provided financing for the transaction.

The acquisition densifies Island Pump's Northeastern footprint and expands its compliance and testing capabilities; financing for the transaction was provided by Capital Southwest Corporation and C 3 founder Manny Alvarez will remain involved.

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, a Boca Raton-based private equity firm, acquired Machinery Services Corp. and Rapid Pump & Meter Service Co. (MSC&RPM), a Paterson, New Jersey provider of pump, motor and water/wastewater infrastructure services. The acquisition closed July 21, 2022; Hidden Harbor will partner with management to pursue growth and expand MSC&RPM's footprint in municipal, industrial and transportation end markets.

Kinderhook Industries Acquires Tank and Pump from WillScot Mobile Mini

Kinderhook Industries has acquired 100% of Gulf Tanks Holdings, Inc. (operating as Tank and Pump) from WillScot Mobile Mini for an enterprise value of approximately $323 million. Kinderhook will operate Tank and Pump as a new environmental solutions platform headquartered in Baytown, Texas, and plans to invest in fleet, new locations and follow-on add-on acquisitions to grow the business nationally.
