The Rapid Group, a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, has acquired O&M Solutions, LLC, a Freehold, New Jersey-based provider of operations and maintenance services for wastewater treatment plants. The add-on expands TRG's presence across the Northeastern U.S. and strengthens its water/wastewater service offerings; LBC Credit Partners provided financing and advisors were disclosed for both sides.

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners Acquires Machinery Services Corp. & Rapid Pump & Meter Service Co.

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, a Boca Raton-based private equity firm, acquired Machinery Services Corp. and Rapid Pump & Meter Service Co. (MSC&RPM), a Paterson, New Jersey provider of pump, motor and water/wastewater infrastructure services. The acquisition closed July 21, 2022; Hidden Harbor will partner with management to pursue growth and expand MSC&RPM's footprint in municipal, industrial and transportation end markets.

(a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company) acquired Delta-Electro Power, Inc., a Cranston, Rhode Island-based provider of motor, pump, controls and electrical contracting services. The transaction is an add-on for Rapid Pump that expands its geographic footprint into Rhode Island and Massachusetts and broadens its service capabilities; Delta's management will remain involved and LBC Credit Partners provided financing.

Holland Pump Company Acquires BPR Pumping & Vacuum Solutions

Holland Pump Company, backed by investor XPV Water Partners, has completed the acquisition of BPR Pumping & Vacuum Solutions, a regional pump rental and dewatering provider headquartered in Pearland, Texas. The add-on expands Holland Pump’s Gulf Coast footprint with new branches in the Houston and Austin areas and adds complementary rental equipment and dewatering capabilities to serve municipal, infrastructure, industrial, and mining projects in Texas.

The deal expands Rapid Pump's service capabilities and northeast footprint; AC Furia's president, Marc Salvati, will join Rapid Pump as Vice President of Business Development and the AC Furia management team will remain in place.

DXP Enterprises Acquires Pump Solutions

DXP Enterprises, Inc. has acquired Pump Solutions, a Texas-based distributor and service provider focused on water and wastewater pumps, controls, and related repair services. The deal, announced after a definitive agreement signed December 1, 2025, expands DXP's Water platform in Texas and adds technical sales and service capabilities to its national water and wastewater footprint.
