CareScout (Genworth) Acquires Seniorly

CareScout, a subsidiary of Genworth Financial, has completed the acquisition of Seniorly, a technology platform and advisor network that connects families with senior living communities. The deal was funded from Genworth's holding company cash for approximately $15 million and is intended to strengthen CareScout's direct-to-consumer capabilities and accelerate its strategic roadmap for senior care solutions.

Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction, which joins Caring.com's digital reach with SilverAssist's local advisor network and financial-navigation services to accelerate operator connectivity and improve referral quality.

IntelyCare Acquires CareRev to Build Unified Acute and Post‑Acute Staffing Platform

Achieve Partners, a New York-based private investment firm, has acquired Ro Health, a Seattle-based medical staffing and home health agency, to support development of apprenticeship and training programs for school nurses and behavioral health professionals. The investment will help Ro Health scale its staffing services across K–12 schools, home health, long-term care and public health settings and address acute shortages of school-based healthcare workers.
