Oceans Healthcare has acquired all outstanding shares of Haven Behavioral Healthcare, a Nashville-based provider of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services. The deal adds seven behavioral health hospitals and outpatient services across five states, expanding Oceans' network to 48 facilities across nine states and increasing its ability to provide access to care in new communities.

Webster Equity Partners Acquires Oceans Healthcare

Webster Equity Partners has acquired Oceans Healthcare, a Plano, Texas-based provider of behavioral health inpatient and outpatient services. Comvest Credit Partners (as Administrative Agent) and Silver Point Finance provided a $109 million senior secured credit facility to support the acquisition and Oceans’ planned growth and expansion of locations and services.

VillageMD Acquires Ocean State Healthcare from New Harbor Capital

Acadia Healthcare Acquires CenterPointe Behavioral Health System

Acadia Healthcare completed the acquisition of CenterPointe Behavioral Health System, adding four inpatient hospitals (260 acute care beds and 46 specialty substance-use beds) and 10 outpatient locations across Missouri. Acadia funded the transaction with cash on hand and borrowings under its revolving credit facility and said the deal extends its footprint in high-growth Missouri markets (St. Louis, Kansas City and Columbia).
