Relevate Health Acquires Axon Communications

Relevate Health, backed by Mountaingate Capital, has acquired Boston-based Axon Communications to expand its healthcare marketing and HCP engagement capabilities. The acquisition adds Axon's proprietary digital products (MyDoc, KOLCast, REPCast) and national video production infrastructure to Relevate's data-driven, omnichannel marketing platform for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients.

Immediately following Mountaingate's investment, Relevate (backed by Mountaingate) acquired Arteric, a digital-native agency providing machine learning–based multichannel programs, creating a combined data- and ML-driven healthcare marketing platform.

Relatech Acquires ConneXSoft Product Suite

Relatech S.p.A. has acquired the product suite of ConneXSoft GmbH, a Munich-based provider of SCADA extension software for building, energy management and industrial automation markets. The deal supports Relatech's internationalization into the DACH region, strengthens its Ignition SCADA distribution in Germany and Austria, and led to the creation of a new entity, Relatech CXS GmbH, to serve local customers and partners.

N. Harris Computer Corporation Acquires Connecture, Inc.

N. Harris Computer Corporation (a subsidiary of Constellation Software) has acquired Connecture, Inc., a Milwaukee-based provider of web-based Medicare shopping, quoting and enrollment solutions. Connecture was a portfolio company of Francisco Partners and was advised by Brentwood Capital Advisors; the deal expands Harris’s healthcare software capabilities and customer-facing Medicare enrollment offerings.
