Mountaingate Capital, a Denver-based middle-market buy-and-build private equity firm, has acquired Relevate Health Group, a Cincinnati-based data-driven healthcare marketing agency. Immediately following Mountaingate's investment, Relevate (backed by Mountaingate) acquired Arteric, a digital-native agency providing machine learning–based multichannel programs, creating a combined data- and ML-driven healthcare marketing platform.

Relevate Health Acquires Level Ex Games' Pharma & Life Sciences Division from Brainlab

Relevate Health Group, LLC has purchased the pharma and life sciences division of Level Ex Games from Munich-based Brainlab. The deal — supported by a senior credit facility arranged by Monroe Capital — will rebrand the unit as Level Ex Games Powered by Relevate Health and expand Relevate's game-based learning and omnichannel HCP engagement capabilities for pharmaceutical and life science clients.

ClinicalMind Acquires IC Axon

Relevate Power Acquires Gravity Renewables

Boston Scientific Acquires Axonics, Inc.

Boston Scientific Corporation agreed to and completed the acquisition of Axonics, Inc., a publicly traded medical technology company focused on sacral neuromodulation and urology devices, for $71 per share (approximately $3.7 billion equity value). The deal expands Boston Scientific’s urology portfolio by adding Axonics’ SNM therapy products and related technologies, expected to be accretive to its Urology business over time.
