DecisionHR Acquires Modern Business Associates, Inc.

HR Path Acquires Blueprint HR Software from Blueprint Technologies

HR Path has acquired Blueprint HR Software, the HR technology subsidiary of India-based Blueprint Technologies, in a divestiture that expands HR Path’s presence and capabilities across India, the Middle East and APAC. The deal adds expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, Concur and UKG to HR Path’s HRIS offerings while Blueprint Technologies will continue to operate independently and focus on its core ERP services.

Bain Capital Acquires HR Business from Works Applications

Bain Capital Private Equity has signed an agreement to acquire the HR-related business and subsidiaries of Works Applications Co., Ltd., with the HR business spun out to a newly established company whose shares Bain will purchase. The HR unit is Japan's leading personnel and payroll software provider (serving over 1,100 corporate clients) and Bain said it will support growth, SaaS transition and cross-selling efforts.
