Mill Point-backed Garyline Acquires Koozie Group from H.I.G. Capital

Mill Point Capital, through its portfolio company Garyline LLC, has acquired Koozie Group (Scribe Holdings, Inc.) from H.I.G. Capital and will combine the businesses to create one of the largest promotional-products suppliers in North America. The deal brings together Koozie's Clearwater-based manufacturing and brand portfolio with Garyline's vertically integrated operations to expand scale, product breadth, and domestic manufacturing capacity.
