Koozie Group Acquires HotLine Products

Koozie Group, a Top-40 promotional products supplier and portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Saint Paul, Minnesota-based HotLine Products, a supplier known for calendars and related printed promo items. Financial terms were not disclosed; Koozie said it will maintain HotLine's calendar assortment for the 2022 season and produce those items out of its Sleepy Eye, Minnesota facility, expanding Koozie's calendar capabilities and sustainability-aligned product offerings.

Mill Point-backed Garyline Acquires Koozie Group from H.I.G. Capital

Mill Point Capital, through its portfolio company Garyline LLC, has acquired Koozie Group (Scribe Holdings, Inc.) from H.I.G. Capital and will combine the businesses to create one of the largest promotional-products suppliers in North America. The deal brings together Koozie's Clearwater-based manufacturing and brand portfolio with Garyline's vertically integrated operations to expand scale, product breadth, and domestic manufacturing capacity.

Hub International Acquires Skinner & Company, Inc.

Hub International Limited acquired the assets of Skinner & Company, Inc., a Marietta, Georgia-based commercial insurance and risk management agency. The deal — for undisclosed terms — brings Skinner's construction bond and commercial insurance expertise into Hub's Specialty practice; Todd Skinner and his team will join Hub Gulf South. Skinner & Company was represented by Reagan Consulting.

GroupeSTAHL Acquires TKO Sales

Inovar Packaging Group, LLC has acquired The Kennedy Group, LLC, a label and packaging provider with facilities in Willoughby, Ohio and Levittown, Pennsylvania. The add-on expands Inovar’s production footprint and capabilities (pressure-sensitive, roll-fed and RFID labels) across the Midwest and Northeast while retaining The Kennedy Group’s leadership team.

The Kennedy Group Acquires Color Label, Inc.

The Kennedy Group (Willoughby, Ohio) has acquired Color Label, Inc., a St. Louis-based supplier of pressure-sensitive labels serving agricultural and consumer product industries. The deal expands The Kennedy Group’s national footprint into the St. Louis market, shifts production to its Cleveland-area facility while retaining key St. Louis personnel to ensure continuity, and was advised by Graphic Arts Advisors (GAA).
