Huma Inc. has acquired the technological assets and ownership rights of Gro-Power, Inc., giving Huma entry into the granular, humic-based fertilizer market and expanding its turf & ornamental product portfolio. The deal preserves Gro-Power’s legacy products and adds granular fertilizer and soil conditioner technologies to Huma’s existing liquid nutrient and specialty product lines; terms were not disclosed.
