Libra Industries Acquires Benchmark Electronics' Guaymas, Mexico Facility

CapitalWorks' portfolio company Libra Industries has acquired Benchmark Electronics' contract manufacturing facility in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico. The acquisition adds sheet metal, machining, complex assembly and systems-integration capabilities to Libra's existing operations (Ohio and Texas), enhancing its technical capabilities to serve aerospace & defense, medical, semiconductor and industrial customers; terms were not disclosed.
