Aduro Advisors acquired VMS Fund Administration, a Princeton, New Jersey–based venture capital and private equity fund administrator, in a transaction effective July 1, 2022. The deal — financed by existing Aduro investor PPC Enterprises — expands Aduro’s East Coast presence, adds VMS’s team to Aduro (including founders Dominick Turiano and Joe Pruscino who joined as Partners), and broadens Aduro’s client portfolio.

SS&C Technologies Acquires Hubwise Holdings Limited

The deal adds a regulated U.K. B2B investment platform (58 employees, 51 customers) to SS&C's wealth and adviser solutions and is expected to close in 2022 subject to customary approvals.

The add-on strengthens VMS's Safety Service Patrol (SSP) capabilities, expands its geographic coverage (now serving clients in 22 states) and enhances its ability to serve state and municipal transportation agencies.
