medavis and Digithurst Join Forces Under BU Support

Karlsruhe-based medavis GmbH and Büchenbach-based Digithurst Bildverarbeitungssysteme GmbH & Co. KG are combining their radiology software businesses to form a stronger group supported by majority investor Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU). The combination will bundle medavis's modular RIS solutions with Digithurst's RIS/PACS capabilities to broaden the product offering and drive innovation and international growth.
