Security On-Demand (backed by Nautic Partners) Acquires Booz Allen's Commercial Managed Threat Services to Form DeepSeas

Nautic Partners has formed Advanced Threat Response Holdings, Inc. (ATR), a PE-backed cybersecurity platform, and ATR simultaneously acquired Security On-Demand, Inc., a San Diego-based provider of managed threat detection and analytics. The acquisition will keep Security On-Demand's founder Peter Bybee in place and aims to scale SOD's ThreatWatch analytics and managed security services for regulated industries and government customers.

BlackSea Technologies Acquires Blue Tide Marine

BlackSea Technologies, a Baltimore-based maritime defense solutions company and portfolio company of Razors Edge Ventures, has acquired Blue Tide Marine to expand its maritime operations, unmanned systems (UxS) capabilities and at-sea support services.
