Green Heron Partners Forms Bison Infrastructure Services and Acquires QP Services and Iron Woman Logistics Services

Green Heron Partners formed Bison Infrastructure Services, a new platform focused on support services for water, utility, and civil infrastructure, and completed acquisitions of QP Services and Iron Woman Logistics Services from Iron Woman Partners. Shaun Egan and Steve Burns (founders of Iron Woman) will serve as Co-Executive Chairmen of Bison and retain a significant ownership stake as Green Heron supports platform growth and regional expansion.

HES, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, operates 37 regulated facilities in the U.S., employs roughly 1,600 people, and provides industrial and hazardous waste management, on‑site support, emergency response and sustainability services to more than 1,800 customers; EQT says it will support HES's growth, digitalization and operational improvements.
