Integrated Water Services and Sciens Water Acquire Hyperion International Technologies

Integrated Water Services, in partnership with Sciens Water Opportunities Management (an affiliate of Sciens Capital), acquired 100% of Hyperion International Technologies, a control-systems and engineering services provider for water and wastewater markets. The deal expands IWS’s product and digital services capabilities in modular MBR and wastewater reuse technologies; Hyperion’s General Manager Scott Johnson will lead the business as Al Ouchie transitions to retirement.

Quanta Services Acquires Evergreen North America Industrial Services from The Sterling Group

Cyprium Partners provided subordinated debt and equity alongside independent sponsor Empeiria Capital and CEO Tim Pope to support a buyout that combined Ironwood Heavy Highway and Terry Tree Service into Ironwood Power Services. The newly formed company, headquartered in Rochester, New York, will provide vegetation management, substation and civil construction, site clearing and environmental matting services to utilities, electrical contractors and renewable energy customers across the greater New York region.

EQT Infrastructure Acquires Majority Stake in Heritage Environmental Services

EQT Infrastructure VI has agreed to acquire a majority position in Heritage Environmental Services (HES) from The Heritage Group. HES, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, operates 37 regulated facilities in the U.S., employs roughly 1,600 people, and provides industrial and hazardous waste management, on‑site support, emergency response and sustainability services to more than 1,800 customers; EQT says it will support HES's growth, digitalization and operational improvements.
