Workdry International Acquires Holland Pump Company

Workdry International, backed by Arcus Infrastructure Partners, has acquired US-based Holland Pump Company from XPV Water Partners to establish a North American division. The acquisition adds 15 US branches and more than 1,000 pump assets (and ~120+ employees) to Workdry's rental fleet and expands the group's presence across East and Gulf Coast markets serving infrastructure, construction, municipal and industrial customers.

Arcus Acquires c.83% Stake in Workdry International

Arcus Infrastructure Partners' AEIF3 has agreed to acquire approximately an 83% interest in Workdry International Limited, the UK’s leading lessor of water pumps and modular wastewater treatment systems. The Bright family and key management will retain the remaining shareholding; the deal is the first investment for Arcus' new European infrastructure fund and will support Workdry's growth and scaling plans across water utility, infrastructure and construction markets.

Holland Pump Company Acquires Complete Dewatering Pumps & Wellpoints (CDPW)

Holland Pump Company, backed by investor XPV Water Partners, has acquired Complete Dewatering Pumps & Wellpoints (CDPW) of Edgewater, Florida. The add-on expands Holland Pump's wellpoint pump fleet, engineering capabilities and adds a 39,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and service location to bolster dewatering and pump rental capacity across the Southeast and Gulf regions.

Holland Pump Company Acquires C&R Distribution (Florida Dewatering)

Holland Pump Company has acquired C&R Distribution, Inc. (dba Florida Dewatering) of Tampa, Florida to expand its fleet, capabilities and customer base across the Florida Gulf Coast. The deal is Holland Pump's seventh acquisition since partnering with XPV Water Partners in 2019 and is intended to broaden the company's product line and service footprint in the region.

Crossplane Capital Acquires Griffin Dewatering

Dallas-based private equity firm Crossplane Capital has completed a control acquisition of Griffin Dewatering, a Houston-headquartered provider of dewatering and water treatment services for large-scale construction, infrastructure and industrial projects. Griffin, founded in 1934 and operating from 11 locations nationwide, will partner with Crossplane to expand its complex dewatering, water treatment capabilities and national water-management platform; the company was previously a portfolio company of The CapStreet Group.

Atlas-SSI Acquires WTR Engineering

Atlas-SSI, a Monticello, Mississippi–based provider of water management solutions, has acquired WTR Engineering, a mechanical water filtration specialist. The deal adds WTR's century-long technical expertise in intake screens, headworks and debris-handling equipment to Atlas-SSI's product and services portfolio, enhancing the buyer's capabilities across municipal, industrial and utility end markets.
