Galanthus Partners has acquired Projetech Inc., making the IBM Maximo cloud specialist an independently operated, wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition strengthens Galanthus's strategy to become a leading global provider of cloud-delivered IBM Maximo and is intended to support Projetech's continued growth and development of innovative Maximo solutions for customers across commercial and public sectors.
