GALT Aerospace Receives Strategic Investment from Godspeed Capital

GALT Aerospace, a defense C3 technology provider for airborne systems, announced it has received a strategic investment from Godspeed Capital Management LP. The deal establishes GALT as Godspeed’s new defense technology platform focused on advanced command, control, and communications (C3) solutions to support multi-domain operations. Financial terms were not disclosed.

GE Aerospace Acquires Northstar Aerospace from Wynnchurch Capital

Wynnchurch Capital has sold Northstar Aerospace, a Bedford Park, Illinois-based manufacturer of flight-critical and non-flight-critical aircraft parts, to GE Aerospace. Northstar produces complex components such as gears, housings, assemblies and shafts for helicopter transmission systems; Vedder Price provided legal counsel to Wynnchurch and Lincoln International and Moelis & Company served as financial advisors.
