Garland Industries Inc. has acquired Merchant & Evans Inc., a long-established manufacturer of ZIP-RIB metal roof systems. The acquisition adds Merchant & Evans’ metal roofing product line and manufacturing capability to Garland’s building-products portfolio to strengthen its metal solutions and support future product development.
