Gas-Fired Products, a fourth-generation, family-owned Charlotte manufacturer, has acquired Denlar Fire Protection, a Chester, Connecticut maker of pre-engineered fire suppression kitchen hoods. The acquisition adds Denlar as a fourth brand to Gas-Fired Products' portfolio and expands the company's commercial kitchen fire-suppression product offering and market reach.
