GA Group Acquires G2 Capital Advisors

GA Group, backed by Oaktree Capital Management funds, announced the successful acquisition of Boston-headquartered investment bank and restructuring advisory firm G2 Capital Advisors. The deal is intended to create a full-lifecycle advisory and investment banking platform serving the middle market, combining GA Group’s advisory/valuation/field exam and asset services with G2’s capital markets and restructuring capabilities.

C-IV Capital Partners to Acquire Greystone Servicing’s Special Servicing Business

Westbridge Capital Acquires Berg Industrial Service, Inc.

Westbridge Capital Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Berg Industrial Service, Inc., a 50-year-old, second-generation family business headquartered in Ontario that designs, installs and services industrial chilling systems and operates an associated engineering and fabrication business. Management continuity was announced with Mark Edwards continuing as CEO, Rebecca Carothers joining as COO, and Michael Turner joining the board.
