GENDA Inc. Acquires Indigo NewCo Limited

GENDA Inc. has acquired Indigo NewCo Limited, an amusement arcade operation business managed by Inspired Gaming. The acquisition adds over 100 amusement arcades and more than 125 mini-locations in the United Kingdom, expanding GENDA’s European presence and large-scale arcade operations. The transaction closed in Q4 2025.
