GENDA Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all equity interests of National Entertainment Network, LLC (NEN), a U.S. amusement vending machine operator, through its consolidated subsidiary Kiddleton, Inc. The acquisition will be integrated with Kiddleton’s mini-location expertise and support GENDA’s U.S. roll-up strategy.
