Genstar Capital has acquired 2020 Technologies Inc. from Golden Gate Capital; financial terms were not disclosed. 2020 is a Laval, Quebec–based provider of CAD, CPQ and enterprise solutions for interior design, space planning and furniture manufacturing, and Genstar said it will invest to scale the business and its technology.
