Star IV Fund, managed by Star Capital Partnership LLP, has agreed to acquire ABL-Technic Entlackung (ABL-TECHNIC Group) from Vision Capital and Rubicon Partners, subject to customary regulatory approvals. ABL is a global specialist in industrial de-coating and surface-treatment services headquartered in Leutkirch, Germany, operating 19 facilities across Europe, the USA and Mexico and serving over 7,000 customers with c.30% market share in Europe.

Abracon (Riverside-backed) Acquires ProAnt AB

The acquisition expands Abracon's RF and antenna product capabilities and extends its geographic and customer reach across energy metering, medical, automotive and industrial IoT end markets.

Abracon Acquires Fox Electronics
