Georgica Auto Holdings, backed by Franchise Equity Partners, has acquired Kolb Subaru, a dealership in Orangeburg, New York, from Group 1 Automotive. The acquisition expands Georgica's Northeast footprint and adds its third Subaru store as part of a targeted dealer roll-up strategy supported by FEP.
