GMS Inc. Acquires AMES Taping Tools LLC and Kimco Supply Company

GMS Inc. (NYSE: GMS) completed the acquisition of AMES Taping Tools LLC for $212.5 million and also acquired Kimco Supply Company in Florida, while opening a new greenfield location in Johnson City, Tennessee. The transactions expand GMS’s product and geographic footprint—adding automatic taping and finishing tools, a large rental fleet and increased density in the Tampa market.
