Goldman Sachs Alternatives Acquires Melita from EQT

Goldman Sachs Alternatives has agreed to acquire Melita, Malta’s leading digital infrastructure owner and operator, from EQT Infrastructure IV. Melita operates a nationwide fiber-powered fixed network, a nationwide 5G mobile network and the largest data center in Malta and has a growing IoT connectivity business; the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
