Goldman Sachs Asset Management, in partnership with Everstone Capital Partners, has acquired Cprime from engineering consulting provider ALTEN Group. The buyout will support Cprime's global expansion and enhance its service-line capabilities in Agile, DevOps, cloud and product engineering consulting; terms were not disclosed.
