Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Petershill program has made a passive, non‑voting minority equity investment in Arlington Capital Partners to create a strategic relationship and support Arlington’s growth. The investment will not affect Arlington’s day-to-day management and is intended to accelerate the firm’s growth by expanding its LP base and strengthening its organization and infrastructure; Evercore and law firms served as advisors.
