GovCIO Acquires SoldierPoint Digital Health From Iron Bow

GovCIO agreed to acquire SoldierPoint Digital Health from Iron Bow Technologies to expand its Veterans Health Administration (VHA) mission. The acquisition brings SoldierPoint’s $2 billion, seven-year Connected Care Integrated Network (CCIN) contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, with nearly 300 employees expected to transition to GovCIO at closing.
