GPRS (a CIVC Partners portfolio company) has acquired Baker Utility Partners, a private utility locating service, as its eighth add-on acquisition. The deal expands GPRS's footprint and capabilities in regions including Indiana, Illinois, Missouri and Oklahoma and provides Baker with additional capital and resources while the business continues to operate under its existing management.
