Grace Hebert Curtis Acquires Bullock Tice Associates

Bernhard Capital Partners-backed architecture platform Grace Hebert Curtis (GHC) has acquired Bullock Tice Associates (BTA), a multi-generational full-service architectural firm serving the North Gulf Coast and Southeastern U.S. The add-on expands GHC’s AEC platform footprint and capabilities in the Southeast and brings BTA’s experience on public- and private-sector projects (including DoD and EPA work) into the platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.
