Granicus has acquired GovQA, a leading provider of cloud-based public records and compliance workflow software, to integrate records request management into its Civic Engagement Platform. The acquisition expands Granicus' capabilities for government customers and follows a partial realization by Frontier Growth, which will retain an ownership position in Granicus; Shea & Company served as GovQA's financial advisor.
