Granicus has acquired Indigov, a provider of constituent relationship management (CRM) and customer data platform (CDP) solutions for government agencies, and will integrate Indigov’s capabilities into its Government Experience Cloud (GXC). The acquisition adds a universal inbox, intelligent case routing, automated responses and CDP-driven audience intelligence to Granicus’s platform to improve constituent engagement and government service delivery.

The deal expands Granicus's public-sector product capabilities and customer reach — combining Simpleview's destination-marketing platform and client base (1,000+ destinations) with Granicus's government engagement portfolio to serve more than 7,000 organizations worldwide.
