The deal adds local capabilities for septic pumping, installations, inspections, repairs and drain/grease cleaning as add-on locations to Wind River's existing platform.

Riverbend Energy Group Leads Growth Equity Investment in CarbonQuest

CarbonQuest, a New York–based developer of distributed carbon capture systems and carbon management software, received a growth equity financing led by Riverbend Energy Group with participation from other institutional investors. The capital will support CarbonQuest’s commercial expansion into new end markets (including biogenic CO2 and utility infrastructure) and further development of its Carbon Management Software; Riverbend partners Joe Passanante and Eric Danziger will join CarbonQuest’s board.
