Triton International Limited completed the acquisition of Global Container International LLC (GCI), integrating GCI's approximately 500,000 TEU container fleet and long-term lease portfolio into Triton. The seller was Wafra (and other selling shareholders), and the deal expands Triton's scale and leasing capabilities in the global container market.

TricorBraun Completes Acquisition of Veritiv’s Rigid Containers Business

TricorBraun completed the acquisition of Veritiv Containers (formerly All American Containers), a distributor of rigid packaging solutions. The deal, announced in December 2024, expands TricorBraun’s North American primary packaging footprint by adding additional warehouses/locations and capacity. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Greif, Inc. Agrees to Acquire IPACKCHEM Group SAS from SK Capital Partners

Greif, Inc. has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire IPACKCHEM Group SAS from an affiliate of SK Capital Partners in a cash transaction valued at $538 million. IPACKCHEM, headquartered in Paris with ~1,400 employees and LTM sales of ~$235 million (adjusted EBITDA ~$57 million), will expand Greif's capabilities in premium barrier and small plastic containers and support growth in EMEA and APAC.

Greif Inc. Acquires 51% Stake in ColePak LLC

Greif Inc. acquired a 51% majority ownership interest in ColePak LLC in an all-cash transaction funded through Greif's existing credit facility. The deal adds ColePak’s paper partition product line to Greif’s paper converting portfolio, is immediately accretive to margins, and provides exposure to stable food & beverage end markets; Cole family owners Jason and Ryan Cole will remain involved.

Greif, Inc. Acquires Lee Container Corporation

Greif, Inc. completed the acquisition of Lee Container Corporation for $300 million in an all-cash transaction funded through Greif's existing credit facility. The acquisition expands Greif's jerrycan and small-plastic container footprint in North America, is expected to be margin-accretive, and to generate approximately $6 million in synergies within the first two years.

Caraustar, headquartered in Austell, Georgia, is a leading producer of uncoated and coated recycled paperboard and recovered-fiber recycling services; the acquisition expands Greif’s recycled paperboard, tubes & cores and industrial packaging capabilities across North America.
