Greybull Stewardship, a private investment firm, announced the acquisition of Genesys Industries, a U.S. precision manufacturer serving aerospace, commercial aviation, and specialty industrial markets. Genesys Industries brings together three heritage brands—Avia Marine Company, Latrobe Foundry, and Sterner Screw Machine—into a unified manufacturing platform, and Greybull plans further add-on acquisitions to scale the business. Terms were not disclosed; Genesys founder Tony Lyons will continue as CEO after the close.
