GRO Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Queue-it

GRO Capital has agreed to become the new majority shareholder of Queue-it, providing capital to accelerate product innovation, expand the partner network, and grow sales and marketing. Queue-it, a Copenhagen-headquartered SaaS provider of virtual waiting room software with offices in the U.S. and Australia and over 85 employees, will use the investment to deepen its position in North America and expand further across Europe and Asia; former investors will no longer be shareholders.
