American Pacific Group Acquires Media One Digital Imaging

American Pacific Group (APG) has made a platform investment in Media One Digital Imaging, a Garden Grove, California-based integrator and distributor of digital textile and large-format printing equipment, software, consumables and support services. Northstar Capital provided junior debt financing and an equity co-investment to help APG finance the transaction; Bridgepoint Investment Banking served as Media One's exclusive financial advisor.

Cinven and Ontario Teachers' to acquire and combine group.ONE and dogado group

International private equity firm Cinven, alongside Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board, has agreed to acquire and combine Sweden-headquartered group.ONE and Germany-headquartered dogado group to create a pan‑European provider of online presence solutions for SMEs. The combined business will offer domains, web and cloud hosting, business software and digital marketing services to a large, recurring customer base across the Nordic, Benelux and DACH regions; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

WP Engine Acquires Delicious Brains' WordPress Plugins Business

The deal strengthens WP Engine's developer and headless WordPress capabilities and expands its suite of builder tools used by agencies and developers worldwide.

WPP Acquires Cloud Commerce Group

CCG — which employs over 100 people across Europe and powers over £1 billion in annual GMV — will join the Wunderman Thompson Commerce network to strengthen WPP’s commerce and technology capabilities.
