PMG Acquires Momentum Commerce

PMG, a global independent marketing services and technology company, has acquired Momentum Commerce, a retail media and marketplace intelligence firm, and will fully integrate Momentum into the PMG brand. The deal adds Momentum’s 45-person team and its Velocity platform—tracking millions of products and brands—strengthening PMG’s commerce capability to help enterprise brands drive growth across retail and marketplace channels.

The Hoffman Agency Acquires CCGroup

WPP Acquires Montreal-Based Commerce Agency Diff
